Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a Wi‑Fi device there are two common causes:
  • It’s in Ad‑Hoc mode. First connect directly to the device by Wi‑Fi and configure it.
  • It’s not on the same network as your Mac or iPhone/iPad. Connect to the same network and try again.

By request from Global Caché, iHelp for macOS and iOS only supports units from the Global Caché brand.
